Individuation & the Self

Individuation is Jung’s name for becoming whole — integrating the conscious “I” with the vast unconscious so that life is lived from a deeper center he called the Self.

It is not self-improvement but self-realization: less about adding virtues, more about including what was split off, until you become who you already are.
